I'm just doing the OG 5/3/1; squats, deads, OHP, bench. The one where you have monthly cycles and the lifts go up every week with that last deload week. I just throw in dips on bench/OHP days and pull-ups on deadlift day.

Ah, that's basically the 'I'm Not Doing Jack shyt' template. Very economic from a time perspective but not the best option for skrenf or hypertrophy gains.

Hit me up when you wanna join the 5/3/1 Gang and take them gains to the next level.

Cornballs on reddit trying to snitch on a small independent gym that’s open out here on the low - I know the guys, they do a lot of personal training out of there + ain’t no more than 20-30 people in there at a time pre-covid. I hate these people who act like people really about to stop living their life until the state says ok to everything. Dudes need to make money and other folks want to workout for real.
