Air quality is important to me when it comes to running. I hit the treadmill yesterday and barely did a mile. The air is so suffocating inside compared to the outside....because I ran again today on the trail on my lunch break with ease....in 85 degree heat.

I don't know what I'm going to do when the temperature drops. I may have to move back to Cali :yeshrug:

I am finding I can still lift OK without it...... just need to eat right and take my time. At work my workout would take like 40 minutes. At home I take like 2 hours.

I meant the bar was sitting in the holder at the back of the rack and she moved two 25s out the way and tried to pick it up but it didn't move. :russ: :bryan: :dead:


I took pity on her and moved it out of the rack but was slick thinking you are not worthy. :youngsabo:

I layed around this morning, and was going to write today off as a lazy day. I started watching the movie "Waves". One of the opening scenes consisted of the wrestler dude going through an intense training sequence.

As corny as it sounds, that was all I needed. I got the hell up and out then ran a few miles.

The first 4 weeks of training post quarantine was not fun. Changes slowly coming and lifts are weak.

Starting this week I just turned the corner and the results are kicking in.

many people give up or don’t keep their head down through the slow changes. It’s crazy what people who been lifting 10-15 years still don’t understand about their bodies and physiques.

IG fooled them especially the bodybuilders who post their competition prep photos year round :mjlol:

it’s tough, tiring, ugly but it’s worth the grind.
