My girl saying wait till shyt go back to normal and them fat fukks gonna start unloading them for cheap. But who knows when that'll be. FFUUUCCKKK. then u got mfs buying up closed gym shyts in bulk and price gouging. fukk them. I hope they get covid19

Had to switch up eating habits
Every other day im doing combat sambo and weight training, basically 2 a days but I fast and it's tearing me apart so now on those days im IT and now only eating between 10-3 keeping calorie intake around 1000-1500

Finished first week of this 10k kettlebell swing challenge. :hamster: Three more weeks to-go:sadcam:.


Hamstrings feeling different, grip strength too:mjcry::wow: Wish I could do a little more upper body volume sets/reps but but this has me by itself:dead:


Going to be interesting how I cut cals with this though. Hopefully the improved conditioning gives me some room energy-wise:francis:
