Hamstrings feeling different, grip strength tooWish I could do a little more upper body volume sets/reps but but this has me by itself

How those PKs lookingI should be ready to get back to the soccer pitch by mid-late September. I ran a scrimmage last week and although my conditioning and stamina has improved (rowing, biking, jump rope), my technical ability is rusty (that's expected tbh). I bought a few balls and cones to run some drills on my rest days.
Head down to the park and just work on my touch, dribbling and shooting. I still end up working up a light sweat![]()
How those PKs looking
That’s dope. I kicked around a soccer ball for the first time (don’t ask) and my appreciation went way up for what players can do with it.Ehh, I don't really practice em tbh. Our league is 9v9 and the posts are a bit smaller than the regular post (same height, smaller length/width) so I never saw the need. Also, we have a one step rule for PKs so no point in practicing.
Main thing I'm focusing on are my touches and dribbles in tight spaces (usually in and out of cones).
