Yes, you are. Going outside risks your health.

As for the elevation mask, if it's single valve it's worthless against rona (we turn people away with single valve masks on).

If it's double valve it's still probably not very effective because rona would just trapped in between the opening and the part that closes, assuming it's one of those that shutters open/closed.

Not to mention I ain't tryna squat or deadlift heavy with that bytch on and pass out. :lolbron:

Well all the exercise phys guys told me elevation masks were pretty useless for training - you'd basically need to wear that bytch 24/7 to see the same benefits of living at high altitude. Only know two dudes that rock em: one is a boxer, the other is a PLer.

Outside of that, not sure what your first post is getting at but as long as you lifting we good.

I ask the old man on it how much he got left

then says but I gotta do pec dec flys :skip:
