Only got like 5 hours of sleep (split 2 ways) and almost died. Only squatted for 45 mins or so and was struggling at 86%.

This is the most physically demanding and destructive program I've ever ran. It makes your mind slow, your joints ache, your muscles tight, and keeps your energy drained. Even my sleep cycle is whacked. Can't tell if I have rona or just a fried CNS.
