I got the chance to run in my absolute favorite conditions:

Right after rainfall, and the air is fresh, misty, and filled with extra oxygen given off by the plants and trees. The best.

This is why Seattle is my #1 planned US vacation destination right now.

Any early morning gym folks? How are the crowds? La fitness in particular

Not at LAF but a lil 24 hour spot. The crowd from 3-6am is like 7 people max (including myself). Picks up to like a dozen or so around 1-3pm.

Gyms on base doing numbers too. :leon:

I always start my workouts with chin-ups. No matter what.


Now I'm in the process of closing my workouts with kettlebell swings, but with a 35lb plate instead. It's one hell of a burn.

Muscles worked: Abs, shoulders, pecs, glutes, quads, hips, hamstrings, and lats.....all with a simple motion.

Here's my Power Building Diet

Meal 1 ~ Protein Shake, Green Tea Pill, Banana

Meal 2 ~ 1 Cup of Egg Whites with 2-3 Eggs, 1 Cup of Oatmeal

Meal 3 ~ 1 Large Apple

Meal 4 ~ 1 Cup of Jasmine Rice, 1 Baked Chicken Thigh

Meal 5 ~ 1 Angus Steak, 1 97% Fat Free Bison Burger Patty, avocado

Meal 6 ~ 3 Rice Cakes And Tuna

Meal 7 ~ Salmon and Spinach

About killed myself today. Gather round and listen to the story of an old man failing plate math today:

I had trap bar deads today. I was working up to the working set wait but got a call I had to answer and it took longer than is should have. The set before the call was supposed to be the last before working sets so when I got back in I loaded up what I thought was that number. Do the first set and it’s heavy AF. I’m like I’m not going to make it through these last two sets :francis:.

I stop and do the math and it’s 50 pounds heavier than it should have been:mjlol:
