If I was ever to squat low bar I’ll be over 1k and that’s underestimating how much more id lift vs high bar (current 1rep max is 315 with no belt or wraps)Well most folks hitting 1k+ aren't putting the bar on their traps, they're squatting low-bar anyways.
Only folks I know that put up big numbers high-bar are Olympic weightlifters (aka Oly lifters). YMMV.
