Your lifestyle makes taking vacations mandatory or taking vacations and then eating like shyt on them when you know you're an oldhead? :stopitslime:
Eating like shyt is relative...when I go on vaca I eat good lol..but that's the point of vaca and it's all mandatory :myman:..then it's back to doing what I do in the gym

@trap101 This is doable too but also completely unnecessary as well.

Once you learn how to squat low-bar you won’t need to practice high-bar squatting as well. There’s no added benefit.
I'll probably integrate low bar squat practice when I eventually stall out on SL5x5, but that may not be for a bit. As my squat technique has gotten more sound I've unlocked new levels to my chakra..... :blessed:

yesterday's session felt easy on the legs. Just gotta improve bracing, keeping the glutes and hams firm. Still haven't gotten near to not completing a 5x5 block yet.

I do need to figure out how to get some practice with wearing a belt tho. There will be a time where it will be needed, but that ain't today.. :steviej:
