Can someone help me with a time efficient 4 day upper/lower split. I asked chat gpt to put together one and I just did the first upper and that shyt took way too long

So the park is our modified workout, we spend an hour Sat and Sunday on the weekends.

I hard launched my “diet” but mainly healthier meals period, such as no starch for some dinners and veggie/meat only. I have more energy but def need vitamins doc says some of my levels are low, would explain the fatigue.
That boy zapped your gainz........ he'd be cut off breast milk 3 of the 7 days of the week so he get's to feel the pain of lost gainz... :hubie::mjcry:

3 Day

Monday - Back and shoulders

Thursday - Chest and arms

Saturday - Legs

The other days cardio, sauna, hot yoga, basketball, swimming, walking….

Eat and sleep

Dropped 20lbs Q1
Dropped 5lbs in Q2 (I had a good bit of travel in April)
Have maintained throughout Q3 so far

Summer was tough not gonna lie. More eating out, crazier work hours due to my promotion and more summer drinking.

Still happy I didn’t add any weight and I was still active 5 days out the week, still getting in my 10K steps and still playing soccer.

I’m locked in for this next 15 weeks until Christmas. 2025 has definitely been a sea change, just need to make some more progress on the cut, stalled longer than I’d like.

Just returning to good. Glad to be back posting here, work was that intense I had to go ghost on all socials.

Lmao he’s been off breast he running me ragged the old fashioned way.

We went to the park at sunrise this am, played chase, with dogs and climbing the toys and stuff so I do get a pretty decent activity. He loves to run and is fast as hell :bryan:so hey maybe we can be a little running club

Been locking in on my diet lately. I eat pretty clean but i've been making an effort to up my protein. Im eating greek yogurt + fruit as breakfast or a post workout snack.

Also cut my alcohol usage down to almost zero and i've been enjoying sobriety more than i expected. Might go to a special occasion drinker only. (We'll see its football season :manny:)
Easily my biggest problem. Not like I binge or anything, just enjoy a drink or two when I get off work. I’ve been cutting it down to only the weekend but occasionally might have some during a mid week game. Gotta stay consistent with it.

Upper day done. 2 for 2.

There’s more shoulder work in my upper days with this new plan that I’m running until mid December.

The cut continues, we move. Just sticking to the boring basics as that’s been the foundation to my success so far this year.

Brah…idk why I went to play a full field 11v11 soccer game after work with my coworkers…my legs are absolutely fried and Wednesday is my AM leg day:russ:

When it comes to soccer I’m like a moth to flame, especially if its full field :francis::snoop:
