Leg day got me sore af
That’s way better than what I saw this morning. The PT had the guy basically doing hopscotch on an agility ladder.i literally saw this yesterday morning while i was doing my calisthenics..trainer had dude jump on one side of the ropes, do a pushup, jump on the other side of the ropes, do a pushup, then do the ropes for like 30 secs...i was like![]()
I meant to add to this. Yall know I’m closer to 50 than anything. Dude had to be my age, likely a dad. Imagine going up and down the ladder vertically split stance, to closed stance inside the ladder. Mind you there is no pace with this at all. That’s way better than what I saw this morning. My biggest issue with the fitness industry. People see someone who is in good/great shape and believe everything they say. And too many in the fitness industry exploit this ignorance.I meant to add to this. Yall know I’m closer to 50 than anything. Dude had to be my age, likely a dad. It’s amazing the nonsense people will pay for.
I blame the education. People are being taught to memorize lines and choose multiple choice. Now they pick an influencer out of a hat and copy whatever they are doingMy biggest issue with the fitness industry. People see someone who is in good/great shape and believe everything they say. Why are you losing weight and why do want to bulk? What's your BF% at?So I’m down from to 230lb to 215lb.
Wondering if I should start a bulk? I actually got an upcoming appt with my dietician
Had an injury where I was unable to workout a month+.Why are you losing weight and why do want to bulk? What's your BF% at?
Even though I lift like a powerlifter, 20% BF is too much for me. Personally I would continue to cut until probably about 200 lbs and then bulk. By then your BF% should be around 15-16%.Had an injury where I was unable to workout a month+.
I feel mad weak lol ain’t been this light in years. I’m 6’6 so maybe just a recomp? Last I checked was 20%
Even then make it a slow process. Not saying OP would do this but after a certain age these bulk and cut cycle are really just yo-yo dieting.Even though I lift like a powerlifter, 20% BF is too much for me. I’ll take your advice. My main concerns were already looking/feeling frail at this weight I didn’t wanna drop more.Even though I lift like a powerlifter, 20% BF is too much for me. As long as you're consistent, you'll rebuild the muscle/strength when you bulk. You won't feel frail forever.I’ll take your advice. My main concerns were already looking/feeling frail at this weight I didn’t wanna drop more.
This might simply be due to being unable to hit the weights.
