Yeah I feel like i need to do something. Having callous on your hand gets old real fast
If you do this long enough, calluses become a part of life. I use a pumice stone at least once a week to keep the calluses from growing too much and tearing.

Really surprised Taylor fumbled. I thought 890.5 would be an easy lick to a Sheffield invite but you never know what will happen on Gameday

Russ delivered though. Kinda breezed the 93 WR but he gotta tighten up that depth on squats. His 3rd was his best one and it was still 2-1

Trained with my wife and her PT this morning. Overslept and she said I could roll. Her PT was solid, good full body workout considering the equipment and space available.

Today marks five years since I first started lifting (8/2/11-8/2/16). :blessed::lift:

I am going to celebrate this day by taking a rest day. :ahh:

Six year anniversary :blessed:

Bout to go kill this back workout, sleep in tomorrow morning, then go crush legs. :lift:

Today is the ten year anniversary of when I first started regularly going to the gym (8/2/2011-8/2/2021). :wow::lift:

Never thought I would have stuck with it this long. Figured I would have burned out after a few months. :heh:

Bout to train chest, then finish up with some light cardio :lift:
