Getting older I started to incorporate more machine chest workouts to help save my shoulders. I did damage to my shoulders from playing football in high school and college, so switching to the machine helped save my shoulders.

When I younger I though machine workouts were lame, but I was young and uneducated.

I thought the same but started doing incline bench presses on the smith machine to switch it up. Not a bad alternative :ehh:

I ain’t been lifting in over a month, yesterday i joined a new gym a 2min walk from the crib.

Was Cranking out some Arnold presses and then this short brown skin ting wit a bubble bends over in front of me and start grabbing weights from the bottom rack

Getting my mind prepared to do this 30 minutes of jumprope and 30 burpees. I might push for 45 minutes maybe. My right knee is feeling giddy though but gonna throw on that knee brace and work. I usually would do my run but not today. May buy a weight belt and some belt to put my phone and water jug to hold when im running. Exercising is fun and worth it. Cardio day. Let's get it.

The hotel gym was mostly a ghost town except for the one day im in a hurry. This oldhead, built like a damn gorilla in there hogging all the dumbbells. I swear he did mini sets of every conceivable exercise you can do with a dumbbell then ran through them again with different weights. I didn't even want to interact and activate him:gucci:. Literal family in there working out.

And here I thought I would make use of an opportunity to use equipment :skip:
