Getting older I started to incorporate more machine chest workouts to help save my shoulders. I did damage to my shoulders from playing football in high school and college, so switching to the machine helped save my shoulders.
When I younger I though machine workouts were lame, but I was young and uneducated.
I'm partial to MTBTTF....All lifts are possible with “Chains & Whips” on repeat
