Anecdotally incline smith gives me the best pump because I can push to near failure, but cables flyes are the most satisfying.I thought the same but started doing incline bench presses on the smith machine to switch it up. Not a bad alternative![]()

I don't use gloves anymore but I would recommend receiver (football) gloves over lifting gloves. Lifting gloves are trash imo.Need to buy gym gloves.
