Started Stronglifts 5x5 2 weeks ago.
good shyt breh hows it going? I was so :flabbysick: I had to redo overhead press and barbell rows a bunch of times from the start. But everything else went perfect.
It was dead lifts for me. I don't like to do the shyt at all. I didn't realize how much them shyts help with legs. Doing squats the next day is so much easier becuz of dead lifts.
i actually like dead lifts a lot, i dont like fukking military presses tho. i'm bout to switch off this stronglifts in like a month tho

- month 1: hip hop absand 30 day shred
- month 2-4: turbo fire and brazil butt lift
- month 5-7: chalean extreme
- month 8-9: insanity
at not counting the reps until you start to feel the burn/fatigue.
tomorrow is hypertrophy day too para mithis got me motivated to go back to the gym foreal :dro:
