Started Stronglifts 5x5 2 weeks ago.

good shyt breh hows it going? I was so :flabbysick: I had to redo overhead press and barbell rows a bunch of times from the start. But everything else went perfect.

It was dead lifts for me. I don't like to do the shyt at all. I didn't realize how much them shyts help with legs. Doing squats the next day is so much easier becuz of dead lifts.

i actually like dead lifts a lot, i dont like fukking military presses tho. i'm bout to switch off this stronglifts in like a month tho

1lb away from dropping 10 whole lbs...probably more like 2 when I consider fluctuations but I'm so close and I'm excited. Been losing inches according to how my clothes are fitting but there is nothing like seeing a new number on the scale.
