If you can't see your abs withoutflexing you are probably at 15% bodyfat or higher. That is the point you should cut at unless you are trying to really get hugeprolly like to 135 to kill the body fat. but I'm obviously a novice at this shyt as far as optimization. impart some knowledge on me
