I think its time for me to switch to a hardcore gym.

Some of these broads at my gym look too damn good. Its frustrating as hell knowing you cant hit...plus my girl workout there too, so I cant even stare :bryan:

How did you guys deal with DOMS?

I went to the gym for the first time in a year, felt good after, and now this morning I can't even make my arm straight :damn:

How long should I wait until I workout arms again? And will this happen with every other body part?

How long should I wait until I workout arms again? And will this happen with every other body part?
It will get better. First workout after a long stretch is the worst. Gotta be consistent to keep the pain away. I love when I try a new exercise and get new DOMS

Just came back from a Christmas workout...the " NYE Resolutioners" have already infiltrated my gym. Promotions have me running since the 1st of the month and it doesn't help my gym is renovating. :lupe:

Dude was incline pressing 205 and grunting like Lexington Steele (n/h) :noah:...his arms gave out on 2nd struggle rep and a dude nearby had to save him. This dude continued with the porno grunts. Tried to one-up me while I was doing shoulder press. I could hear dude with my headphones on. :krs:

There is a family of 5 that tried to circuit train all over the gym....the father tried to get me to move b/c I was messing up their rotation. :snoop:

O man I dont know about these NYE resolutioners brehs. Me n wifey are looking at a house... 2300 sq ft basement :noah: If that shyt goes through boom bye bye commercial gym dem.

Was looking up some shyt for wifey and found this. 2 very important pieces of info. 1 you can use straps for front squat grip... shyt is physically impossible for me to do with a clean grip. 2 front squats are as effective as back squats for leg development but nowhere near as dangerous. I still like back squatting just for the sport and movement but I will make front squats my hyper leg push movement and wifey's default push leg movement. I will keep back squatting heavy just to see what I can do with it.

Back to the gym today and it was like a circus in there :beli:

Never seen it like that before. Hopefully it was just people with the day off work "burning" their christmas meals and not a representation of what it will be like after New Years.

2 young guys standing face to face doing barbell curls, passing the bar back and forth to each other between sets :what:

The only open floor space where I do swings completely taken up by the bodyweight exercise crowd, do that shyt at home:why:

Squat rack was open though :whew:


Glad people are trying to better themselves, will just have to make sure I am not going at peak times

Bruh I stopped fighting after going through a couple pairs of jeans. It's not so bad tho. Girls be noticing on some "oh I can tell you squat" :youngsabo:

just sucked it up today and did my shoulder/leg workout today.

ive been neglecting shoulders the past two weeks. But I reminded myself, every millimeter that shoulder grows, you get that much wider:myman:

just gotta keep saying that cause thats the only thing left to complete my gladiator physique...

Had to combine 3 days worth of upper/lower workouts into one full body day.

Everything went up :leon::mindblown::yeshrug::blessed:


Heavy deadlifting after heavy high bar squats wasn't bad at all. I actually felt strong as fukk. Full body sessions may be the movement :ohhh:
