Poor workout but the single leg press on the machine was :feedme:. It looks and feels like every muscle in your leg is in use.

Dumbbell shrugs (fast concentric, pause, slow eccentric) will have your neck lookin wider than all outside :banderas: and I'm actually sore today from them :leon:

Running this 5K in the morning. I HATE running, but I'm shooting for 32 mins or less. I did in 33 mins in 2011 and that was just me waking up that morning and running the race, I only stopped once. Hopefully i wont stop this time lol

Just finished running it bout an hour an a half ago. My pace for the first mile was ok, then a nikka's lower leg started knotting up. Had to walk the majority of the race, and finished in 40 mins:snoop:

My stamina is good, it's just my legs start getting knots. That's why I stick to basketball lol
