~100 of that is from a whey isolate shake. And I eat a lot of brown rice, veggies AND supplement with ~20-40g of fiber. I had to scale back on fiber, I was getting too much fiber for a minute. U dont want to know what thats like![]()

Same here and I'm usually don't what to see food by the end of the night.I'm getting 120+ grams of protein on a great day.

High key, I fukking hate carbs. When I do this cut though, I will try and cut back some protein. Maybe just get ~150-200g/day.
