The best part about the YMCA is I immediately become one of the most physically fit people in the building :lolbron:

The worst part is the amount of hairy naked dudes walking freely around the locker room has increased 20-fold:upsetfavre:

Why is a 90lb bag of weights harder to lift than a 300+ lb barbell?
You need to start training functionally. Let me introduce you to the next wave:

i just had my first leg day brehs. i now know why people hate it so much. My legs are so fukkin weak, i probably should've ate more before because my legs were shaking like crazy by the end. my buddy (the personal trainer) commented about it and told me i should eat more. I just attributed it to my legs being weak as well and getting used to this new exercise routine. I had a relatively sedentary lifestyle before i just started working out last week, a lot of video games and sitting around with basketball thrown in once in a while. What do you brehs think was more of a factor, me not eating an hour before or just how weak my legs are in general? I don't have these types of problems with my upperbody, i've always kept my upperbody in much better shape just doing pushups and pullups and shyt on my own. Anyway :salute: to all my brehs, lets get healthy.

A combination of the two. If you felt fine otherwise, as far as your energy was concerned, I doubt it had much to do with what you ate.

I just hope your train as you working on form above all else. The easiest way to hating leg day is injury from shytty form.
