I'm a skinny fukk so my legs are fukking straight up twig status. It's just annoying when your muscles just won't contract because they're so tired/shaky. My form got sloppy when i was tired but my buddy always corrects form errors when he sees them. He's a really good trainer, blessed to have it because I know form is really important. Cardio also kills me because I have exercised induced asthma, I get gassed really quickly when I have to run alot, and he had us outside doing sumo squats and then sprinting to the front of the line. All of this is good for me though
