A combination of the two. If you felt fine otherwise, as far as your energy was concerned, I doubt it had much to do with what you ate.

Squats >

I just hope your train as you working on form above all else. The easiest way to hating leg day is injury from shytty form.
I'm a skinny fukk so my legs are fukking straight up twig status. It's just annoying when your muscles just won't contract because they're so tired/shaky. My form got sloppy when i was tired but my buddy always corrects form errors when he sees them. He's a really good trainer, blessed to have it because I know form is really important. Cardio also kills me because I have exercised induced asthma, I get gassed really quickly when I have to run alot, and he had us outside doing sumo squats and then sprinting to the front of the line. All of this is good for me though :manny:

Cholesterol dont care that you can bench press an ox.

Side note.....was talking to a older (45-50ish) strong fat dude at the gym the other day who had donated a bunch of great bars to it (fat bars, hex bars, bent bars, etc). He was showing me the bent bar he uses for squats because he cant hold a straight bar on his back because his shoulder mobility is so poor that he cant reach that high. He blamed it on his 'age'.....

Ever since I narrowed my bench grip and started tucking my elbows.... shoulder AND elbow problems have been pretty much nonexistent. Let MFers keep cheating on that ROM though, let them orthopaedic surgeons :eat:

Is this something your doctor told you, or just some ish you made up for your no-Kenya-marathon-running-DNA-gene capabilities. You can push yourself physically to where it is difficult to breath because you aren't in shape. Zero asthma. If you can't keep up a 5 minute mile pace for 10 minutes, you don't have exercise-induced asthma, you're just considered normal.

i can't tell if you're joking or not. do you want me to send you a picture of my inhalers or something? I've had asthma since i was a kid, it only really bothers me when there is a lot of running involved, on upperbody day I'm totally fine.
