Ok, I have 25 days to lose about 6 lbs for a photoshoot. And I have a girls weekend in between there which means drinking and desserts will throw off any ketosis.
I guess this means I have to finally do some cardio

It is a bachelorette party out of town and a mini college reunion. I don't think I can get away with denying drinks all 3 days. Maybe I will just limit it to Saturday drinks.nobody is forcing you to drink and eat desserts

My goal within a year is to bench press 315 for reps and hit a 600lbs deadlift raw.
Going to be back in 9 weeks with progress pics of my body with no gym equipment while in navy officer school. Going to try to master pistol squats and one arm push-ups. Nine weeks of no coli access, football or new music.![]()
