I don't even understand the need brehs. On the pullups your are basically forcing reps to some degree. This shyt is just :scust:

My goal within a year is to bench press 315 for reps and hit a 600lbs deadlift raw. :whew:

Going to be back in 9 weeks with progress pics of my body with no gym equipment while in navy officer school. Going to try to master pistol squats and one arm push-ups. Nine weeks of no coli access, football or new music.:mjcry:
