biking up hills.
So underrated.

My homeboy went from being obese to having a waist in the low 30s with quads damn near as big just by riding road bikes. Hasn't squatted a day in his life. But he puts work in. Probably rides 200 miles a week.

High key next year I'm hoping to get on my bike game too. If I can average 50-100 miles a week next summer I'll be happy.

I live on the top of a hill so the only way to get back up is to go up them. I hate it every time but the workout is :blessed: I'm on a 7 week plan where I am going to ride at least 3 times a week for 40 minutes and I think I am going to see some good results. I can't wait. I'm going out tomorrow morning.

I live on the top of a hill so the only way to get back up is to go up them. I hate it every time but the workout is :blessed: I'm on a 7 week plan where I am going to ride at least 3 times a week for 40 minutes and I think I am going to see some good results. I can't wait. I'm going out tomorrow morning.
It's flat as hell around here which I guess is good and bad. I need to find 1 good hill to do hill training on.

My goal within a year is to bench press 315 for reps and hit a 600lbs deadlift raw. :whew:

Going to be back in 9 weeks with progress pics of my body with no gym equipment while in navy officer school. Going to try to master pistol squats and one arm push-ups. Nine weeks of no coli access, football or new music.:mjcry:

my trainer had us do these the other week, I felt so fukking gay/retarded doing these :laff:

They are a great movement for the glutes :manny: glutes are the largest muscle group in the body so there is lots of room for growth. You can really load up the weight on this exercise.


That said, I'm glad I have weights at home so I can do this exercise in private :heh:

Saw someone doing that exercise but on the leg extension machine. Pretty cool as you don't have a barbell ripping into your hips

So I was waiting for the squat rack to open up on Friday, and this PT was there with a client, so I warmed up on the leg press for a few minutes. They did about 3 sets and I walked up and asked how many they had left and he said 7. I couldn't hide the disgust on my face, but whatever.....then as I walked away, someone else was just leaving the SMITH machine and the PT waves me down and says "hey, that rack's open"
