So underrated.
My homeboy went from being obese to having a waist in the low 30s with quads damn near as big just by riding road bikes. Hasn't squatted a day in his life. But he puts work in. Probably rides 200 miles a week.
High key next year I'm hoping to get on my bike game too. If I can average 50-100 miles a week next summer I'll be happy.
I live on the top of a hill so the only way to get back up is to go up them. I hate it every time but the workout is
I'm on a 7 week plan where I am going to ride at least 3 times a week for 40 minutes and I think I am going to see some good results. I can't wait. I'm going out tomorrow morning.



glutes are the largest muscle group in the body so there is lots of room for growth. You can really load up the weight on this exercise.
