Inefficient for fat loss or another goal? I never really do cardio, only lift weights and walk during my lunch hour, and have had a steady loss/maintenance.
I can't wait till November is here, it may actually get below 75 around Houston and I can finally go to the park!
Isn't walking cardio though? I would be strictly doing weights, well dumb bells and maybe resistance bands. Right now I do both cardio and strength. Just wasn't sure if I cut cardio out all together would it be a "bad" thing.

Should be fine. You could cut down on rest in between sets and get it in that way.

I don't count my walks as cardio, I walk two little old dogs around the neighborhood twice a day, the pace is a lot of stop and go and my fitbit doesn't record a lot of caloric burn.
When I walk at lunch on the indoor track, I just look at that as off-setting all the stress and sitting I have during my work hours more than caloric burn. It is like meditation for me.

Maybe you could do the 10 min at home HIIT workouts from fitness blender? I need to get on the HIIT train myself and get these last 10 lbs off before December, but I just hate indoor cardio so much.

Squats are apart of my strength routine since I do 5x5. I ain't doing no tripping. I have a hula hoop I will probably go hard with that for 3 months. But I'm not stepping one foot outside in the cold. I just can't.
this new dude at work is from somalia and rides a bike to work, homey said it was too cold outside to come to work and it was 65 degrees :laff:

cardio is all about keeping your heartrate up, if you can do that w/your strength routine I don't see a problem. You might have to add some jogging in place in between reps

Lmao!! I don't blame him. I went this morning and it was about 55 and I was about to reconsider.

I still roller skate as well and that's at least 2 hours of moving around. If I did that two days a week I would still be straight. So it's not like I wouldn't be doing any cardio ever just my formal "routine" (MWF Mornings) wouldn't include any cardio like it does now just the weights.

That was some leg day :noah: Zercher squats really wipe you out because coming out of the hole shocks the muscles super hard.

and I tried to so barbell hip thrusts afterwards but I was too done. Did some bulgarian split squats as finishers. I'm already sore. Tomorrow will be a long day.

You should post pics breh. Curious to see what a dude that does dumbbells rows with 300 pounds looks like.

I don't db row 300 I db row 226.

Right now I look pretty bad IMO. My body started to eat itself after that low carb diet and I got atrophy everywhere except my man boobs so now I've got a slight skinny fat look. :beli: recovering from that now.

 You could have been doing parks all year long. Heat isn't an excuse.
