If it works for u I guess. Low carbs had me on the brink on a cut like 3 yrs ago. I'm not going any lower than like 300g of carbs on this next cut.LOL nah bruh, Suicide isnt for me. 1200 calories carbs
700 calories protein
450 calories fat
2350 calories
Seems like a good starting point for a cut to me. Gonna have to drop them a bit eventually just because reducing fat further is hard and the cuts have to come from somewhere
