Isn't walking cardio though? I would be strictly doing weights, well dumb bells and maybe resistance bands. Right now I do both cardio and strength. Just wasn't sure if I cut cardio out all together would it be a "bad" thing.Inefficient for fat loss or another goal? I never really do cardio, only lift weights and walk during my lunch hour, and have had a steady loss/maintenance.
I can't wait till November is here, it may actually get below 75 around Houston and I can finally go to the park!
