Dude puttin up 5 plates squatting today:whoo: while Im next to him doing 225....went to rerack it an missed the hook, no biggie I will just take a step back and rack it again but nope....5 plate dude jumps over quick to 'save' me like I was collapsing under the weight and helped me rack it. Embarassing:pachaha:. I have very little gym ego but it definitely crushed what little I have:pachaha:

I feel like my physique is declining. I'm off the low carb shyt and I'm eating clean. I've had a major change in my daily schedule though, I'm working every day and sitting long hours and such. I'm still doing compound lifts and getting stronger and all. I don't get it :what:
