Had a heavy leg workout yesterday. Heavy to me.
All barbell squats.
135 lbs x 10

205 lbs x 5

I didn't feel like doing the 7th set. I was burned out, but I tried for 10 reps but only got 5..

Woke up from a nap, finally feel recovered from bachelorette party weekend, did about 2 lbs of damage. 14 days till photoshoot, doing massive food prep and gym clothes washing tonight.

And then I'll do some hiit before going to sleep.

:leon:Surprisingly walked away with 2 milestone lifts last night......emphasis on 'walked away';

  • Deadlifts - I managed to GRIND (tough ass rep) out a 480lbs 1RM
  • SLDL - 265 for 8 Hamstring hurting rep
