First time I`ve ever heard of overhead shrugs. How much weight you lifting? Barbell or dumbbell?

Barbell...just the bar starting off then add some light weight. I did like 60lbs. for like 10-12 reps for like 3 or 4 sets....will have your shyt stinging. :to:

I experimented today with ATG and box squats...:noah:

MEAL 2

creatine

run 4 miles

MEAL 3
chicken
rice and beans

MEAL 4
steak
pasta

MEAL 5
stirfry veggies
brown rice
chicken

going to eat before bed:

MEAL 6
yogurt
milk


Bulking life is a bytch with all this cooking.

right now eating chicken noodle soup , with a peanut butter and apple butter sandwhich.

Side of grapes and will down a bottle of whey before i head out for a run.
