I did 4.0 miles of running yesterday. Completed in 40 mins 23 secs. I started out slow in the first 0.1 mile, but kept a 10 minute mile for about 3.8 miles and ran the last 0.1 mile hard.
I'm still not putting in quality pace, around an 8 minute mile. I've got over 10 pounds to lose to get my pace up.

then I did Squats on the TRX and with out it the we did some Core Work then the KettleBell Lift....he broke down what our Schedule will be as well as getting to my Goals and I just told him Ill be Ready to go in on Sunday Morning:ltgoat:
