I read this article that cardio makes you gain weight.

They said that long slow jogs make you body want to store fat instead of burn it, and that the fat burning zone was a myth. I have been doing some mild jogging, (5.7 MPH for 4 miles two days ago) so last night, I thought I would just push myself and set it at 7 MPH. For 0.5 miles, I ran it at 6.5 MPH. Cardio-wise, it was difficult and I was sweating like a hog. I'm thinking I need to stop jogging it at a mild pace.
