I do all that for some reason this week haven't been going once a day like normal .
cardio today was suitcase carries (just a one armed farmers carry) with a hex barthat was some serious panting and sweatin right there. One thing I noticed is the glutes get stimulated way more than with normal farmer's carries. And the trunk stabilization work is off the goddamn charts.
Is this what you did?so you carried the weight with one hand a certain distance then switch sides? How heavy of a weight do you use?

yeah just with a hex bar (grabbed one of the edges that connect the two sides).
I used 145lbs. I walk from one point to the next and back. Then switch arms and do the same.
And speakin of carries, this might be the best ab exercise that nobody does
Yeah if you have back issues you should definitely avoid unilateral carries. Any type of carry is beneficialI don't do one arm carries just because I don't want to do something funny with my spine. I'll carry the same weight kettlebell or dumbbell in each hand at the same time to work the traps and forearms.
