Made some protein waffles today using my extravagant walmart waffle maker :takedat:

4 eggs (16g protein)
1 scoop protein powder (20g protein)
cinnamon
almond milk
vanilla extract

Damn near no taste at all but thank goodness I had some low fat cream cheese :blessed:

It's weird how the weight you can lift for 10 reps can go up, but your 5-rep set numbers can go down. I just did my 5/3/1 deadlift day after a year on GVT. 455lbs felt heavy as hell. Those 5 reps were no joke. Can only get better from here though :youngsabo:

That low rep game is in a different dimension breh. 25 extra lbs on bench feels like 250 sometimes.
