This fine mexican chick in one of my kinesiology classes would ALWAYS sit in the back of the class.. One day I came to class in a cutoff after an upper body workout and she sat right next me and chopped it up. Even had one dude try to cockblock and say, "Why are you sitting over there, don't you usually sit over here??" :heh:

I don't know if it was the junk from the baseball game or just snacking at my boys house after, but I felt weak attempting the pushup challenge earlier. Said fukk it on the last set and came to get something to eat. I think I didn't have enough protein in my system at the time. Maybe I'll do the last set when i wake up in the morning. I was struggling to get to twenty on some of the sets. I also think surface makes a difference. I was doing the program last few times at the gym on the mats. In my room i have tile, so that makes it a bit harder. I should lay a blanket down or something with cushion to ease the pressure on my hands.

Oh indeed. The worst part is I have 5 stores within a few miles that carry higher premium brands than B&J :sadcam:

Wifey just told me yesterday her mom was like "not that I noticed but your husband looks really good" :laugh:

Young women notice though, they just try to play it cool. I remember one chick I was messing with asked me "so do you like work out or something" with a disgusted look. Meanwhile the first day we met she was grabbing on me :comeon: They gotta stay low because society shyts on women displaying their thirst.

Completely unrelated note.... my coworker's husband stepped off a curb wrong and tore muscles from his neck to his knees :damn: They are in their 70s but they don't really take care of themselves. JFC man... don't stop brehs and brehettes, a weak body is a fukking time bomb

Had to get in and out of the gym early this morning:

Incline DB press 5x3x90 with a dropset of Incline BB 1x15x145
Weighted Pull-Ups 5x3x25 with a dropset unweighted 1x8
Weighted Dips 5x6x35 with a dropset unweighted 1x12
Arnold Press 5x5x55
Super-set Lat Pulls (3x10) and Shoulder Raises (3x15)

Nice lower body session.
Did 155, 165 & 175 for deep back squats. 175 prob will be my working set after my strength week.
Hip thrusts still feel too easy did 205,215 & 225 for 10 reps each. Finding ways to get the bar off the ground has made it easier.
Tried to use 40 lbs on my back for step ups today, def felt too much pressure on my knees, gotta work on that.
With my double overhand deadlift I got up 185 for 6 reps. Looking back always using mixed grip was a huge mistake.

This just happened to me for the 50leventh time:

I'm waiting on a machine and the guy using it finishes, checks to see if I'm looking, and when he thinks I'm not paying attention he slides the pin 4 slots down to make it seem like he was doing way more weight on the chest fly machine. Like I give half a fukk. This a competition, fam? Am I supposed to hit the

I've noticed people will do the same just in different ways. Like trying to curl way more than they should and have to use their whole body to lift, just so people can see them lifting a heavier weight.

I did this years ago when I was a beginner and if it was a girl who was going to use the machine next :snoop::dead:

Deadlifts are becoming quite the chore lately :mjcry: prob because I fell off on them. I always seem to be tired as hell when deadlift day rolls around
