Yea it really depends on what you're doing and how you're feeling. For me personally it's really a balance... if I do too much cardio my metabolism shuts down and weight loss stops. But if I cut food too much I feel like shyt. So there's a sweet spot for me where I feel great and lose the most weight. It takes some experimentation to find thatDepends on what you are doing overall.
Generally speaking it's fine. Gotta get that quality sleep as well.

arc trainer was weird. Felt like i was doing nothing but was still tiring. Felt it more in my arms though
