Hit a PR and front squatted a plate today:blessed:. I had a 25, 10, and 5 on each side and could've just added another 5 but I wanted to see those 45's on there so I took them off and threw the big girls on:lolbron:. Got 3 reps before the bar got wobbly and my shoulders said enough.

I want to work my way up to 2 plates. There was a PAWG in the gym that knocked out 2 reps at 225. Her thighs:noah:

Had a weird day hooping today.

My shots were on target from 2 inches behind the line ( I have been hot from those spots last 2 times) but I was short most of the time. I didn't feel " strong" moved 2 ft behind the line started hitting. Tied 2 games a piece with my boy in 21.

Some folks showed up, first game me and my boy took the first one easy. Second game we fell down 20-15 but came back and won 22-20.

Sent one dudes fade away airmail made him stumble in the process,had his friends clowning him

20 medical ball overhead toss (30 lbs max)

10 sandbag sit-up (40 lbs max)

10 dumbbell RDL curls (40 lbs max)

Bench/rows with this swiss (multi grip) bar is just :banderas:
There's a swiss barbell at my gym. It's heavier than 45 lbs., but I don't know what weight it is. I did curls with it. the slanted bars made that more comfortable than an EZ curl bar.
Haven't done bench press or rows with it.

Brehs, as stated yesterday on how I was feeling kind of weak and lethargic balling yesterday, do I need to consume some protein before going or what can I do to not feel like that?

I'm so pissed off that I've been sleeping on salad all this fukking time

PISSED!

The salad is basically calorie free, dressing is basically nothing, and with some salt, pepper and garlic powder diced grilled chicken tastes damn good in it

This would have taken like another 5 lbs of of my damn cut so far. Def keeping salad in the toolbox

I think I'm gonna start my youtube channel with this recipe

don't forget the sprouts, power packed with enzymes!
