Hit a PR and front squatted a plate today. I had a 25, 10, and 5 on each side and could've just added another 5 but I wanted to see those 45's on there so I took them off and threw the big girls on
. Got 3 reps before the bar got wobbly and my shoulders said enough.
I want to work my way up to 2 plates. There was a PAWG in the gym that knocked out 2 reps at 225. Her thighs![]()

The salad is basically calorie free, dressing is basically nothing, and with some salt, pepper and garlic powder diced grilled chicken tastes damn good in it
This would have taken like another 5 lbs of of my damn cut so far. Def keeping salad in the toolbox
