Hit a 455 squat earlier and that ugly reality we always seem to discuss reared its head.

Other DUDES are the main and often times ONLY ones that get impressed especially at commercial gyms (word to LA Fitness) :laugh:

Spent damn near 20 mins talking to other dudes about my "training split" when I was just trying to get outta there :snoop:

An hour jetskiing then an hour jetblading had my arms burning. It will feel good to have a gym routine again but I'ma miss being free to go to the beach every day:mjcry:

I have a hard time eating fruits ( texture issues) and I slack on my vegetables. I got some of this stuff called " Juiced" from blackstone labs. Now I understand it probably doesn't compare to fresh fruits and veggies but; I'm even too lazy to blend it. But I'm getting my full servings of fruits and veggies from this stuff, plus it tastes pretty good.

I've gotten a couple supplements from blackstone labs, I've been pretty impressed with their products so far.

You should get some green veggies rolling through your system that aren't blended or juiced.
