You should get some green veggies rolling through your system that aren't blended or juiced.I have a hard time eating fruits ( texture issues) and I slack on my vegetables. I got some of this stuff called " Juiced" from blackstone labs. Now I understand it probably doesn't compare to fresh fruits and veggies but; I'm even too lazy to blend it. But I'm getting my full servings of fruits and veggies from this stuff, plus it tastes pretty good.
I've gotten a couple supplements from blackstone labs, I've been pretty impressed with their products so far.
