Decided I'ma cut to 10%. Got to lose about 8-10 lbs of pure fat.

On a 3-day split while I diet.

Hit pull today...deadlifts, t-bar rows, seated cable rows, barbell curl, db curl, abs and cardio

But I don't look it

At 230-240 ish im almost back in size 34 pants :patrice:

Solid workout last night. Just took forever to do it. Can't believe I went 12 days without lifting :wow:
