SIGN UP with a personal trainer or group training to feel inclusion and group motivation. I think seeing people similar to your situation striving to be better is a help.

yesterday was doing tricep pulldowns on the cable pulley, and the cable snapped. made me feel like a beast :wow:
was only doing 120 but still that feeling of tearing shyt up is :banderas:
i'm still a monster :demonic:

not enough space or variety. plus getting up and going to a gym mentally gets you ready

I would think seeing the free weights everyday might motivate you to workout. I was seeing people using traffic and other stuff to slow em down.
