Have to brag about my date because I owe how great it was to the gym.

I was watching the sunset with this beautiful hispanic chick...... Super shy chick who ended up running her hands across my chest and abs at the end of the night.

At the end of the night, as I'm walking her to her car, we stop and she asks me to squeeze her tight...... So I did, and then I lifted her up and carried her all the way to her car which was about the length of a basketball court away. The look on her face after that was priceless.

be patient, she's yours homie. she prolly went home and got the battery toy out the dresser and mentally gave you a good smashing until she can respectfully hop on the real thing. :laugh:

yesterday was doing tricep pulldowns on the cable pulley, and the cable snapped. made me feel like a beast :wow:
was only doing 120 but still that feeling of tearing shyt up is :banderas:
i'm still a monster :demonic:
LOL. Cable breaking after the 400,000th pull.
Still you walk around with a humble-brag look, "I'm sorry miss, you were going to use this after me? I'll let the gym management know."

I worked on back yesterday. Also ran a mile.
I'm trying not to do long slow jogs anymore. I hear it's worse than walking, which seems counter-intuitive.

been stuck at two hundred for a few months now :mjcry:. im giving myself till the fifth no matter what ill post the progress pics. been postponing it long enough. these new work hours are killing my energy.

You need to shock your muscles when you hit a wall. Low-weight/high reps, super sets and/or medium-weight/medium reps.
