been stuck at two hundred for a few months now :mjcry:. im giving myself till the fifth no matter what ill post the progress pics. been postponing it long enough. these new work hours are killing my energy.
Are you cutting? How long have you been cutting? You might need a break.

I've been dieting for 1 year and 1/2 almost. I do good for a few days then binge and it just keeps going. The other day I weighed 196 ate normal but had one burrito after work and the next morning I weighed 200 :wtf:. When you're really overweight the lbs fly off. I struggle with being consistent. I'll get there though. This isn't as bad as my 215 plateau.

Thanks for the article, I'm a big fan of Lyle McDonald. I probably will take a break, at least from dieting, working out is too much fun, might even gain some strength

Bruv u have been cutting for 18 months... that's pretty consistent to me

I know your mindstate though. I wrapped up a cut this year after stalling for 2 weeks. fukked up thing? When I turned the calories up I started to lose weight again :mindblown: For like 2 weeks, nothing crazy. When you cut for a long time your metabolism slows all the way down. But when you take a break and get some calories in... it be up again. I know it seems counterintuitive as fukk and I know exactly how u feel right now.... but trust me.... add like 300-600kcal/day for a week or two and see what happens. Since I learned that now I know how to beast mode for the next cut.....

got five days in this week averaging about two hours. those beast videos in this thread motivated me to get more efficient. do my work and get in and get out. resting, relaxing, and doing some stretching and lite yoga this weekend.

chicks give my guns attention when i air them out in public and i'm about 75% to 80% to having six pack abs without sucking them in.

trying to be like UD of the miami heat.

Need to get over the mental block of squatting over 315...I got the safety bars and everything but that fear. Wondering how I was ever able to get to 405. :mjcry:
