Left a job that was stressful and caused me to gain 50+ pounds in a damn yr(on top of weight I had already gained during a dirty bulk) I never stopped working out though so my strength has continued to increase but I`m still
. With my new gig there is a gym literally next door so I can be consistent when it comes to cardio after work, and going to drill down on discipline when it comes to diet because I would eat fine most days then go ham on weekends, and then the BS at the job caused me to emotionally eat too. This new gig is going to be hard work but way less BS, so I`m locking in now because I turn 30 in a few yrs and the older you get the harder it is to get on track and I dont want this weight to turn into health issues either.
Luckily gym dies down during the fall, so I`m going to set January as a milestone to have lost 30lbs
