I've been dieting for 1 year and 1/2 almost. I do good for a few days then binge and it just keeps going. The other day I weighed 196 ate normal but had one burrito after work and the next morning I weighed 200

. When you're really overweight the lbs fly off. I struggle with being consistent. I'll get there though. This isn't as bad as my 215 plateau.
Thanks for the article, I'm a big fan of Lyle McDonald. I probably will take a break, at least from dieting, working out is too much fun, might even gain some strength
