Tweaked my hamstring again and the side above my hip is aching:mjcry:. Feels fine when I'm walking but sitting down I feel it:sadcam:

I'm on the shelf until it gets better.

Forgot to post it yesterday, but I was at the gym doing Back & Shoulders in the early afternoon this time instead of the evening as usual, because one of my closest homies returned from vacation yesterday and wanted to work out a bit earlier and damn, I know why I like working out in the evening so much more: The temperature & shyt is always perfect if you go at 9/10 pm, but if its too hot outside its hell, especially them heavy ass deadlifts :damn:

Went up to 190lbs on overhead press 5x5 last night. crushed the first 2 sets but got 3-4 on the others. Had to do a makeup set.

When you fail a set or 2, do you still try get the rest of the required reps in on an extra set or two? I usually don't and just leave it as that but this post made me think why aint I doing that..
