Control your breathing. I do in through nose out through mouth but I read it's supposed to be the other way around.any jogging tips? trying to comfortably make it to about 4-5 miles

Try not to get excited. Just stay calm and relaxed the whole time. Take a deep breath to help reset.
..I've been doing the in thru nose method also...might have to try and reverse that today
