I would suggest building a strength base while losing fat. Get on a good beginner program with a moderate calorie deficit.I ment like if I can stay the same size but with muscle I'll be happy. I'm 5'8 some where between 220-230.
My Ultimate goal is to Get in shape and to get swole(Muscle mass&Strength) Im just starting to workout

came to the conclusion that my chess press and running is fukked and I need to build that up again. All the rest is
but I was walking like a truck ran over me, everything hurt beyond belief. I kept at it and now at the start of the 3rd week everything is fine
still a bit sore and swollen but that should go down by next week.
. This no rap isn't going to happen soon
..thank goodness today is abs day but i think im going to start deloading for the rest of the year..also may go see my doctor about this when its time to do this end of year physical
